AI Construction Engineer
Send an engineering work order on WhatsApp. MCP-based AI agents execute the deliverable. A licensed engineer reviews every output before it reaches you.
Status — live and commercial. AI Construction Engineer is already delivering paid engineering work for a Kuwaiti client company, with more in progress. Client work is confidential by default; we do not publish client names without written permission.
What it is
An engineering delivery service with an AI engine and a human signature.
AI Construction Engineer is not a chatbot you are left alone with, and not software you have to adopt. It is a service: you describe the engineering work you need, we produce it, and a licensed engineer takes responsibility for what we hand back.
The intake is deliberately boring — WhatsApp. Your site engineers and procurement staff already live in it, in Arabic and English, on their phones, on site. There is no portal to learn, no seat to license, and no onboarding project.
How it works
Four steps, from message to signed deliverable.
-
You send the work order
A WhatsApp message describing the scope, with whatever you have — drawings, specifications, a BOQ extract, photographs, a deadline. Arabic or English.
-
We scope and confirm
We come back with exactly what will be delivered, in which format, and by when. Nothing starts until that is agreed. If it is outside what we can deliver to an engineering standard, we say so here — not after.
-
AI agents execute
MCP-based AI agents, driving frontier AI models together with engineering tooling and the reference material for your job, produce the deliverable.
-
An engineer reviews and delivers
Eng. Ahmed El-Jales, our Executive Director, reviews the output against the agreed scope and against engineering practice, corrects it where needed, and delivers it.
The trust model
AI does the work. Engineering judgement signs it.
The reason clients pay for this rather than prompting a model themselves is the last step, not the middle one. An unreviewed AI output is a draft. A reviewed one is a deliverable that a licensed company has put its name to.
No output leaves this company unreviewed. Every deliverable is read, checked and corrected by a licensed engineer before it is sent.
Accountability sits with a licensed contractor. Your counterparty is Concrete Co. — a Kuwaiti construction company registered in April 2023 with KWD 500,000 in paid-up capital and a commercial licence covering 23 construction activities — not an anonymous tool.
We turn down what we cannot stand behind. Scope is confirmed before work begins, and we decline work orders we cannot deliver to standard.
Who reviews your work
Eng. Ahmed El-Jales — Executive Director of Concrete Co. and the licensed engineer responsible for every AI Construction Engineer deliverable. Review is not delegated to the system that produced the output.
Confidentiality
Drawings, specifications and commercial documents you send are treated as confidential. We do not name clients or publish work without written permission.
Scope
The kinds of work orders we take.
Every work order is scoped and confirmed individually before we accept it. Broadly, we take the engineering documentation and analysis that a contractor or consultancy produces day to day:
- Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation from drawings and specifications
- Cost estimation support and rate build-ups for tender and budget work
- Technical submittals and material submittal packages
- Method statements and work-sequence documentation
- Specification and drawing review with issues, gaps and clashes flagged
- Tender and contract document analysis against your scope
- Progress and site documentation written up into deliverable form
- Engineering calculations and checks presented for engineer verification
If what you need is not on this list, ask. And if a request falls outside what we can deliver to an engineering standard, we will tell you at the scoping stage rather than after you have paid.
Who it serves
Built for the people who need engineering output faster.
Construction companies
Contractors with more tender and submittal work than engineering hours to absorb it, who need documentation turned around without adding headcount.
Engineering consultancies
Consultancies that need review, analysis and documentation capacity that expands with the workload and contracts again when it passes.
Kuwait and the GCC
Contractors and consultancies across Kuwait and the Gulf. Work is scoped and delivered digitally, in Arabic or English, on Kuwait time.
Questions
What clients ask first.
How do I send a work order?
Message the WhatsApp number on this page with what you need and whatever files you have. Arabic or English. You can also email ahmed@kconcret.com.
Who reviews the output?
Eng. Ahmed El-Jales, Executive Director of Concrete Co. and a licensed engineer, reviews every deliverable before it is sent. Nothing is delivered unreviewed.
Which AI models do you use?
We build on MCP-based AI agents driving frontier AI models, and we select the tooling per work order. We do not disclose our vendor stack — what we commit to is the deliverable and the engineering review behind it.
Is my project information confidential?
Yes. Drawings, specifications and commercial documents are treated as confidential, and we do not name clients or publish work without written permission.
Do you work outside Kuwait?
Yes. We are based in Kuwait City and serve clients in Kuwait and the wider GCC. Work orders are scoped and delivered digitally.
What does it cost?
Each work order is quoted after scoping, because the effort depends entirely on the deliverable. You get the price before any work begins.
